DELIVERY INFORMATION

£6.95 to UK mainland

Expected delivery time is 3-5 working days. Please allow up to 28 days for orders to be completed. You will be contacted in the event that a delivery will be longer than 5 days.

On all orders over £150 a discount of £6.95 (the equivalent of postage) will be applied to the goods.

RETURNS POLICY

We are pleased to accept returns and offer full refunds on all goods providing they are returned unused, unwashed, and un-ironed, with all original packaging within 28 days of purchase.  The cost of postage for any unwanted items is the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage from the post office just in case the parcel gets lost.

Once we have received the goods back we aim to process all exchanges and refunds within 5 working days. The original cost of postage will not be refunded.

THREE MONTH GUARANTEE

We offer a 3 month guarantee on all goods purchased from our website. In the unlikely event that any of our goods succumb to normal wear and tear within 3 months, we will give a full refund including any postage costs to the UK mainland.
