 Returns 

Our Returns Policy for online purchases only

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned within 28 days of your order date. It must be in its original packaging, have the swing tag and barcode attached and be in excellent condition. This means it must be in the same state we sent it to you in. It must not smell of perfume, pets or smoke, be creased or have any marks from deodorant etc. 

In the unlikely event that the product is faulty or damaged, we will refund the return delivery charge. Unfortunately, if the product is simply unwanted or does not fit, then we cannot cover the cost of return postage. £11.99 will be deducted from your refund for UK customers when the returns label is created. For International £39.99 will be deducted. This is to cover the cost of your return shipping. You will be notified of this on our returns portal. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then a full refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Christmas Returns Period
Any orders placed from 20th November will qualify for extended returns. Extended returns run until 7th January 2023. Extended returns are applicable for customers returning garments from the UK, Europe and the Rest of World. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges so any exchange requests will need to be returned and repurchased.
