UK orders are shipped with OCS Worldwide.
Standard UK shipping | 2-4 business days | £11.99 (Free on orders over £150)


Europe
Leonard Jay does not currently ship to EU.

Please contact us with any enquiries about orders outside the UK mainland before placing your order, as some deliveries may be arranged. Leonard Jay does not pay for any duties or customs that may incur.


International
International orders are currently not shipped out.

We cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

Import duties, custom fees and additional charges

All applicable import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees, local sales taxes, or other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid by the customer on receipt of the shipment. If tax and duties apply, you will need to pay these to release your order.

Local customs practices may require you to provide additional information to clear your order. These rules vary by country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.


Christmas Shipping Information

For last guaranteed delivery before Christmas please order before the 16th of December for both UK and International shipments.

 

Please note that for UK deliveries we will still be sending orders out until the 22nd of December. We hope that these will still arrive before Christmas however with the current strikes having a knock- on effect to other couriers we are experiencing delays in certain areas, some of which are; Derbyshire, Warrington, Manchester and parts of the South West. This means that this year we have had to say that you need to order before the 16th of December for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
