Placing an order

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay,  and Paypal.

We’ll take payment as soon as you place your order. If one or more of the products are out of stock, we’ll contact you within 24 working hours.

If you’re shopping outside of the UK and your local currency is not specified on our country selector, use ROW (rest of the world) or log into your paypal. 

You’ll receive an order confirmation shortly after payment is taken. This is to indicate that we have received your order - but does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We’ve included this term in case a mistake has been made with pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we’re no longer able to supply a particular product. In the unlikely event of a price change, we will always contact you first to check you’re happy to proceed.

You will own your goods once they have been delivered to the address specified and when we have received cleared payment for the goods in full. Until that time then we will retain title to the goods. We will contact you if there are any problems.

We try to ensure the pictures of the goods on our website are accurate. However, there may be slight variations in colour and texture between the pictures and the goods themselves.

Our 28-day guarantee

We want you to have complete peace of mind when you shop with us. That’s why all our products come with a 28-day  guarantee. 

If you aren’t entirely happy - just let us know . We’d be happy to refund or replace your purchase as long as it is returned in unworn, unaltered, and resalable condition.

Credit card security

Your privacy is important to us. No credit or debit card details are stored by us when you shop through our site. All payments are securely processed by Stripe via our 128-bit encrypted payment area.

Customer Service
